Liberty Utilities | Website Redesign

The Ask: Liberty Utilities came to us needing a complete website rebuild.

The Approach: With content strategy leading the project, I spent the Discovery phase auditing and diagnosing the problem In the Define phase, I worked with UX to create a new IA, completed content models and page templates for the new site, and I worked with the technology team to create a content migration spreadsheet.

The Result: The Discovery phase ended with a clear diagnosis of the problems and opportunities for the site. The Define phase built the puzzle pieces needed to design and execute the site built—IAs, content models and page templates, content migration mapping, messaging frameworks, and core content strategy statements and page-level ROAM analysis.

The Win: Throughout our entire relationship with Liberty Utilities, I led the agency team and the client team as a prominent decision maker.
