AT&T | EVP Competitive Audit

The Ask: There was a much larger AT&T EVP project that VSA Partners worked on, but I was approached by the strategy team for a quick competitive audit.

The Approach: Taking 8 competitors and comparators, I created profiles for each one. I looked at messaging, voice and tone, and key indicators of their EVP and employee satisfaction.

The Result: The strategy team used this to help identify AT&T's opportunity to stand out—making sure prospective employees know AT&T is a good place to work.

The Win: I got to make this project my own—looking at what metrics could help quantify or illustrate a brand's strengths and opportunites.
